A Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) is a simple and powerful process for assisting clients reestablishing the life they want. WRAP provides simple, safe, and effective tools to create and maintain wellness. The WRAP process supports clients and helps integrate recovery practices in their daily lives.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
DBT is based on CBT, but is specially adapted for clients who experience intense emotional conditions. DBT focuses on helping people accept the reality of their lives and their behaviors, as well as helping them learn to change their lives, including their unhelpful behaviors.

Holistic Treatment
FPR recognizes that recovery requires a whole mind, body, and spiritual renewal. FPR's holistic programs provide clients with not only traditional modalities of treatment but also provide clients with culturally attuned holistic care. FPR's programs include arts and crafts therapy, leisure and recreational skills, spiritual growth and development, cultural awareness and appreciation, vocational services, and physical health care.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT is effective over a wide range of psychological problems including depression, anxiety disorders, alcohol and drug use problems, marital problems, eating disorders, and severe mental illness. CBT is based on the core principle that psychological problems result, in part, from faulty or unhelpful ways of thinking. CBT provides better ways to understand and cope with problems and thereby relieve symptoms. CBT treatment involves learning to recognize one’s distortions in thinking that are creating problems and then reevaluating thought patterns in light of reality.

Trauma Focused Therapy
Trauma-Focused Therapy (TFT) recognizes how traumatic experiences impact a client’s mental, behavioral, emotional, and physical well-being. TFT provides clients skills and strategies to assist them in better understanding, coping with, and processing emotions and memories tied to traumatic experiences - with the end goal of enabling clients to create a healthier and more adaptive meaning of the traumatic experiences from their life.
